My stay was such great of their Customer Service. I had a deluxe room it was soundproof. More than enough space and luggage storage were a nice touch. The location was marvellous, because an underground station was based next to the hotel. In Indian Flame Restaurant you could have Thai meals.

The location of the venue was central, within a short walk to Bangla Road nightlife, the lantern releasing at the beach, shopping centers, and the beach itself. the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was generous and catered well to vegetarians.

Great value for money, right on Patong Beach, easy access to Bangla Road and Paradise Complex.
My room was directly behind the reception so I heard all the sounds and noises of the phones and conversations. My room had no windows which did make the room a little stuffy at times.

The location of the hotel was convenient, close to everything in the city. What's more, it was close to middle of the patong very esey to find from both corners of patong and Close to bars and patong very near to hard rock and bangla road.

It was a great hotel with good internet. The venue was in a beachfront location very close to a public beach and the centre.

Our room came with a bathtub for a relaxing soak 🛁. There was a kettle provided, a private balcony, and a spot to store our luggage. the location was fantastic, right by a popular tourist spot with stunning views of the sea.

Never clean my room unless I force them to do so I didnt stay for a week even I payed for that but I told the administration about what happend and I got three nights cash back

The location of the hotel was v.good but I have see view room but I it was old furniture , I recommend for other take the pool view it was in new building with new furiture and big than see view rooms and with sofa not wooden furniture
There was a mintunance in the hotel and it was noisy, they start from 8am and also there was load music until 1am so I coud not sleep very will
